I’m Jimmy Kong — a Salesforce developer and AI automation practitioner based in Montreal, Canada. I’ve spent the last several years building automation systems professionally, and this blog is where I document what actually works in the real world of AI tools, agentic workflows, and developer productivity.
By day I develop on the Salesforce platform — Apex, LWC, Flow, integrations. Outside of that I build and run AI agent pipelines under the OpenClaw platform, a personal project I’ve been developing to automate research, content, and data workflows using large language models. I hold a Salesforce Platform Developer certification and have hands-on experience deploying AI workloads on Google Cloud.
I started this blog because most AI content online is either pure hype or surface-level tutorials written by people who haven’t actually run these systems in production. I’ve migrated servers, debugged broken agents at 2am, tested dozens of tools that turned out to be useless, and found a handful that genuinely changed how I work. That’s what I write about here.
